"Nice packaging, in my opinion"
My order from Comfrt showed up looking really clean and neatly packed. The box wasn’t beat up, and everything inside was folded nicely. Personally, I appreciated that it felt like some care went into it without being over the top with a bunch of extra packaging. Opening it just felt good, honestly. It’s a small thing, but to me it does make a difference

"Cozy and easy to wear"
I’m really happy with my order from comfrt.com. The hoodie feels warm as soon as I put it on, but it doesn’t make me overheat or get sweaty, which is a big win for me. The only small thing I’d say is I wish I had grabbed another color while I was ordering, because I’ve been wearing this one constantly. I’ve used it around the house and on chilly walks, and it keeps me at a really comfortable temperature. Super soft, super comfy, and I’d definitely buy again.

"Started Out Great, Then... Not So Much"
At first I was really happy with it — super comfy and easy to wear. But then after just a few washes, the fabric started pilling, and yeah, that was annoying. It’s still wearable, so I’m not throwing it out or anything, but I definitely expected it to hold up better.

"Wish it had been quicker, but they made it right"
I was a little frustrated that the exchange took longer than I expected, and I wish I’d known it would take a bit going in. That said, they did end up fixing the issue, so it all worked out in the end.

"Come on now, give us more ways to pay"
I was ready to place my order, but then I saw the payment options and just kind of gave up. They were way too limited, and none of my usual easy payment methods were available. Come on now, if I’m trying to buy something, don’t make the checkout the hard part. I ended up leaving without ordering

"I tried to cancel my order..."
I tried to cancel my order almost immediately after I placed it, but there really wasn’t any wiggle room. The response basically made it feel like once the order is in, that’s just... done.
I understand orders can move quickly and all that, but there should be at least a short window where someone can fix a mistake or change their mind. Even just a few minutes would’ve helped, honestly.
Now I’m stuck waiting for something I didn’t actually want, and then I’ll probably have to deal with returning it. Just kind of frustrating, and not really what I expected..

"Delivery was pretty much on time"
My order showed up around when they said it would, so I really don’t think there’s much to complain about. The tracking worked fine and kept me updated. It did take one extra day, but that isn’t a big deal to me.

"Comfrt Hoodies Review - Airplane Mode Viral Hoodie Set"
Hey y'all! I recently bought the travel hoodie set for a long haul flight (17+ hours) and here's my personal review with pros and cons.
Name: Comfrt Airplane Travel Mode Hoodie + Sweatpants Set
WHY: I really wanted an outfit that is designed with travel in mind. this was really functional and i think chic tbh
SIZE: I bought size small. it's a little oversized to be comfortable but i would recommend ordering your normal size because having slightly oversized is great :)
DELIVERY: It took about a month to arrive.
COMFORT: super soft, super thick and heavyweight so it feels great on the body, especially while you sleep.
FEEL: Its just the right amount of stretchy and very soft!
MY FAVOURITES: I love having the built-in eye mask and all the pockets. i also love the fact that it's super thick and heavyweight so it just feels really comfortable. bonus points for a dedicated pocket in the front for airpods. i think you also look like the comfiest person on the plane when flying.
LOOK: i think it looks great particularly the black (note that the black shows a little fluff obviously)
VALUE FOR PRICE: i think it's worth it to feel more comfortable on flights, especially long flights. It's on the pricier side for sure, but I used the reddit discount online for 15% off :)
CONS/what i wished was better: it's a little pricey and took a long time to arrive, but with sales + discounts, it's doable
OVERALL - i'd highly recommend, 8 out of 10. if you travel a lot this is well worth it.

"Nice discount when the code actually works"
I used a promo code on Comfrt and, thankfully, it worked right away because I really don’t have the patience to keep trying a bunch of codes. It took a decent amount off my order, and checkout was simple. I do wish they had more codes for newer items, but overall it was a solid deal. I’d give it 4 stars

I was feeling mentally drained when I tried this on, and the softness was exactly what I needed. It’s super comfy and cozy, but I do wish the fit was just a tiny bit better. Still really nice overall

"Tracking was disappointing"
My order did eventually show up, but the tracking was confusing. It just sat there for a few days with no updates, so I couldn’t tell if it had even shipped or what was going on. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but the whole tracking situation was disappointing. Comfrt was okay overall, I just wish the updates had been more clear and consistent.

"Refund was actually easy"
I had to ask Comfrt for a refund and, umm, I expected it to be kind of a pain, but it really wasn’t. I emailed them and got a response quickly. They told me what they needed, and the money was back sooner than I thought it would be. No awkward back and forth or anything. Really happy with how they handled it

What I received looked almost exactly like the photos online, which made me really happy. The color was maybe just a tiny bit different in person, but the size and style were spot on. Overall, I’m definitely pleased with it!

"My sister loved it"
I got a set from comfrt.com for my sister’s birthday, honestly I can’t remember if I ordered it a week before or way earlier, my timing was all over the place—but it ended up being a great gift. She said it was super cozy and seemed really happy with it. Definitely an easy pick when you’re not totally sure what to get someone

"Legit, but the tracking had me second-guessing"
I’ll be honest, I was kind of suspicious at first because I kept seeing Comfrt ads everywhere, and sometimes that makes me trust something less, not more. But the order did actually show up, and once I opened it, the quality was pretty much what I hoped it would be.
The only thing that threw me off was the tracking. It sat there for a few days without really updating, which sent me into that little “did I just get played?” spiral, but support did reply and eventually everything moved along. I’d buy from them again, just probably not if I needed something by a specific date.

The website kept loading strangely, and my cart changed on me twice. At first the discount showed up, but by the time I got to checkout it had disappeared. Then the shipping cost popped up late too. The whole thing felt messy and kind of hard to trust, with that feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind it if something went wrong. I ended up giving up on the order.

I’ll admit it’s comfortable, and I wanted to like it more, but the price just felt way too high for what I actually got. After using it, I don’t think the comfort is enough to justify spending that much. Personally, I kind of regret buying it and probably wouldn’t purchase it again.
